 Lauren is so thorough, organized and knowledgeable about Italy. Everything she arranged for us was perfect! Drivers were on time and personable, experiences were unforgettable, hotels were beautiful and welcoming. She was so patient, during the planning of our trip and even kept in touch with us on our trip. Amazing!! 

 When we first started planning our trip of a lifetime to spend two weeks in Italy, we were told by some friends that Lauren had special experiences with travelers to Italy. We had used Lauren for a few other trips, and they went perfectly, so we decided to contact her. She was amazing right from the start. She wanted to know what we most were interested in, what our budget was, and how long we wanted to stay. After several conversations, she gave us several itineraries to think about. More importantly, she gave us great advice on things not to miss, and how to fit everything we wanted into two weeks. She arranged our whole trip and once we left, everything went absolutely perfect. There were 8 of us, so she arranged not only the best airfare and hotels, but personal guides all the way through. We traveled by car, van, boat, rail, and air, and never had a thing to worry about. Her guides were simply amazing! Experts in their field and lots of fun. Highly recommend Lauren! 

 I would recommend a Second Wind Travel 10 times out of 10! Getting married is stressful enough without having to plan for the honeymoon. Lauren made it extremely easy for us! She found us a beautiful all inclusive resort in Jamaica and took care of all of the international flight arrangements for us. Everything was seamless! The resort was one of a kind, absolutely beautiful. All of the flights were perfectly spaced. She sent everything directly to my mailbox or to my email box. She took all of the stress out of the travel and she made it an experience that we will never forget. She even sent us a check list of things to remember to bring. I will definitely be using Lauren in the future and I will be referring anyone who is considering traveling to her! Thank you! Thank you for everything!

Planning a trip like this can be overwhelming and Lauren made the entire experience a joy! Lauren has extensive knowledge of Italy and could have planned the trip she thought was best, but she took the time to ask questions and learn about my expectations and desires for the trip. She absolutely nailed it! The entire process was effortless for us and every detail was planned and executed perfectly. I had to contact Lauren a couple of times while in Italy and she was quick to respond and assist even though thousands of miles away.

 Lauren provided friendly, efficient and competent service.  Thanks to her professionalism, our itinerary and travel met and exceeded our expectations.  One matter was brought to her attention while we were still in flight on a Saturday evening.  The pilot notified the passengers that all airline traffic would be delayed and thus caused us to miss our connecting flight to Europe.  She relieved our anxiety by quickly rescheduling in a matter of minutes another international flight, which allowed us to make our commitments for the first day of our tour in Ireland.  We are extremely pleased with our trip and will definitely use Lauren at Second Wind Travel for future travel plans.
