 Lauren, I don’t know what we would have done without your help! The trip was magical, perfect, I cried when we left! It was the trip of a lifetime and worth the wait! Every detail was perfect. You didn’t miss a thing. I’m so impressed with your connections and your organization and how you knew things we didn’t about our flights and connections. I cannot imagine how it would have gone if we had tried to plan this on our own. We loved the tours and the hotels and the food. All of it!! Thank you so very much! And thank you for taking care of us when our flight was canceled! I sure hope we get to use you again soon!

Lauren did an amazing job planning a very special trip to Italy. This was our first trip to Italy and she made everything simple and seamless. From the hotels, tour guides, drivers, meals and every detail involved in a 2 week vacation she did an incredible job making sure novice travelers like my wife and I had zero hiccups along the way. The trip was incredible! Highly recommend Azamara cruise line. The private tour guides in Rome, Florence and Venice were amazing and informative and fun! The night in Tuscany was unbelievable and the cooking class there was awesome! The private boat in Sorrento was the absolute best and the host and driver were awesome! We were so impressed by Lauren and Tammy and the personal touch and attention to detail. The service not only planning the trip but also while we were on it was spectacular

 When we first started planning our trip of a lifetime to spend two weeks in Italy, we were told by some friends that Lauren had special experiences with travelers to Italy. We had used Lauren for a few other trips, and they went perfectly, so we decided to contact her. She was amazing right from the start. She wanted to know what we most were interested in, what our budget was, and how long we wanted to stay. After several conversations, she gave us several itineraries to think about. More importantly, she gave us great advice on things not to miss, and how to fit everything we wanted into two weeks. She arranged our whole trip and once we left, everything went absolutely perfect. There were 8 of us, so she arranged not only the best airfare and hotels, but personal guides all the way through. We traveled by car, van, boat, rail, and air, and never had a thing to worry about. Her guides were simply amazing! Experts in their field and lots of fun. Highly recommend Lauren! 

 Our Italy trip was absolutely amazing! In Rome, our lodging was the perfect location and perfect fit for our family. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there! Easy walking distance to so many must-see sites, plus so many delicious restaurants so close to the hotel. Our tour guides were spectacular. In Rome, they could not have been any better - - both are true Rockstars! Our food guide, not only was she exceedingly knowledgable regarding the food and restaurants, but her ability to weave in history lessons at our various stops was an amazing bonus that made our experience so much more insightful. Our time in Tuscany was so great! The accommodations were perfect for our family and the staff was so pleasant. Our Friday night dinner, as well as our cooking class were both five-star experiences! For our various day trips, once again you connected us with the absolute best tour guides. Our guide in Siena was so much fun; her insight into the various Contrades, the Palio and the deep history of Siena brought the entire city to life for us. Our guide in Volterra brought amazing energy and knowledge. Interestingly, while she was telling us the story of how locals saved the ancient city gate during WWII, a 96 yr old man she knew came walking by who was actually part of the rescue effort when he was 13 years old! For our day in Cinque Terre, our guide was also great nd she was so accomodating to us; it was the hottest day of the trip and we unfortunately cut the trip a bit short and missed the last village, but the heat had taken its toll. She was wonderful! Our cellar tour and tasting was so great! That was the same day as our cooking class at Il Borghetto. Unfortunately, our cooking class ran about 2 hours longer than anticipated (but it was so great!), so we had to reduce our time at the winery down to about 1 hour 20 minutes. The owner was so accommodating to adjust to our changes. The wines were fantastic and we put in an order for 11 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of Olive Oil - we are anxiously awaiting its arrival!! Our hotel in Milan was perfect and we truly enjoyed our Duomo tour. Unfortunately I cannot recall our guides name, but she did a wonderful job. Our travel was great - the flights were good, the train rides were great and the rental car worked out. Thank you so much Lauren for helping create an Italy trip of a lifetime!

 Lauren, Our France trip was absolutely fantastic. The guides for the private tours were excellent. You went above and beyond to answer all our questions and assist us. All your recommendations were exceptional. I so appreciate all you did for us in planning our trip. The trip was so memorable thanks to all you did. Thank you so much!

 Lauren was such an incredible travel agent. She listened so well to all our requests and wants and made sure we liked It all before she booked it all! Most importantly she was SO available to us. We went to Italy and had questions about adding certain things and she was so quick to respond. All of the hotels she picked were so incredible especially for the budget we had given her. And she emailed and sent us a physical copy of our whole itinerary which was so great and organized to help us find tickets to events and even the names of our hotels including any special instructions that we might need. Definitely go to her with all your travel needs! Made our trip so much more smooth and special than we could have done on our own

 I would recommend a Second Wind Travel 10 times out of 10! Getting married is stressful enough without having to plan for the honeymoon. Lauren made it extremely easy for us! She found us a beautiful all inclusive resort in Jamaica and took care of all of the international flight arrangements for us. Everything was seamless! The resort was one of a kind, absolutely beautiful. All of the flights were perfectly spaced. She sent everything directly to my mailbox or to my email box. She took all of the stress out of the travel and she made it an experience that we will never forget. She even sent us a check list of things to remember to bring. I will definitely be using Lauren in the future and I will be referring anyone who is considering traveling to her! Thank you! Thank you for everything! 

  Lauren is so thorough, organized and knowledgeable about Italy. Everything she arranged for us was perfect! Drivers were on time and personable, experiences were unforgettable, hotels were beautiful and welcoming. She was so patient, during the planning of our trip and even kept in touch with us on our trip. Amazing!! 

 When I began planning my first ever trip outside the US, I had initially contacted a different travel agent and things fell through. AM I EVER GLAD THEY DID!!!

A friend of mine suggested contacting Lauren Robbins at Second Wind Travel and that was the best advice I've ever received. Planning a trip like this can be overwhelming and Lauren made the entire experience a joy! Lauren has extensive knowledge of Italy and could have planned the trip she thought was best, but she took the time to ask questions and learn about my expectations and desires for the trip. She absolutely nailed it! The entire process was effortless for us and every detail was planned and executed perfectly. I had to contact Lauren a couple of times while in Italy and she was quick to respond and assist even though thousands of miles away.
 

 Our trip to Spain and Portugal with Second Wind Travel and Charters was amazing! Everything was beautifully planned, stress-free, and full of unforgettable sights, food, and experiences. We made wonderful memories and highly recommend them!

 Lauren provided friendly, efficient and competent service.  Thanks to her professionalism, our itinerary and travel met and exceeded our expectations.  One matter was brought to her attention while we were still in flight on a Saturday evening.  The pilot notified the passengers that all airline traffic would be delayed and thus caused us to miss our connecting flight to Europe.  She relieved our anxiety by quickly rescheduling in a matter of minutes another international flight, which allowed us to make our commitments for the first day of our tour in Ireland.  We are extremely pleased with our trip and will definitely use Lauren at Second Wind Travel for future travel plans.  

 Lauren is top notch when it comes to planning a trip. From the minute I ask for information on a trip, to finalizing details, she is always eager to help. My recent trip to Italy was the best trip I have taken by far. She planned every detail. We had the best accommodations, the most amazing tour guides, and the activities and transportation were perfect. Everything was organized onto an app and she also made sure we had paper copies of our itinerary. She did not miss anything. She is amazing at what she does and I will definitely have her plan another trip for me in the future. She makes travel seamless.
